Dominique Threat, a 3-star Georgia offensive lineman from East Point, GA committed to the Bulls during the summer. We caught up with the 6-foot-2, 290 pound guard, who gave us his thoughts about the Bulls new head coach after an in-home visit this week.

3-star Georgia offensive lineman Dominique Threatt out of East Point, GA committed to the Bulls back during the summer over offers from Georgia, Louisville and Arkansas, saying he "Loved the campus, their education and the opportunities I'll have there. USF is a great program and is going to do big things," said Threatt. Since that time the Bulls have gone through a coaching change with Willie Taggart taking over the reins and Threat gave his opinion on the new head coach.

"I got to talk with Coach Taggart yesterday and I think he's a great coach and is going to do big things," said Threatt. "You can tell that he really wants to win a championship at South Florida."

The 6-foot-2, 290 pound guard, who's rated the 53rd best guard in the country actually got to meet Coach Taggart for the first time when the head coach made a trip to Atlanta to meet Threat.  That meeting made a big impression on him and his family.

"I actually met him and talked to his yesterday," said Threat. "It went great me and my parents was very impress that he was willing to come all the way to my house just so we can get to know him much better. That really stood out."

The conversation covered a lot of bases but a few things stood out from what Coach Taggart said to Threatt.

"The main things he said were that he would better me as a person, a football player and that he'd will help me get a degree. Also that I can come and talk to him if I ever need help," said Threatt. "After talking with him, I can tell that he really feels that he can win."

The Georgia standout said he got a great vibe off of the Bulls new head coach and felt the excitement and energy and can't wait to be a Bull.

"He's a great coach and he gets you all pumped up," said Threatt. "I feel that it will be great to play for him. I can't wait to get down there."
