Berkner (Texas.) point guard Keenan Evans lists offers from Western Kentucky, Colorado, Texas Tech, Texas State, North Texas and Utah State approaching his senior season.

But are any schools standing out yet for the Class of 2014 guard?

"Nah not really," he said. "I'm just weighing my options right now."

For now, Evans said he's planning visits to Texas Tech, North Texas, and "maybe" WKU.

Early playing time is a big factor, among others, for the 6-foot-1 standout when he eventually selects a school.

"Of course I wanna go somewhere that I can play and help early," Evans said. "Also, somewhere that has a really good coaching staff.

"But as far as school-wise goes, I don't know what I want to major in yet. So we'll see about that."

A talented scorer that's best when attacking the rim, Evans can play both positions in the backcourt.

"I really excel at scoring," he said. "But I can run the point too.

"I'm more of a combo guard. I'm best at attacking the basket, but I can pull up and shoot too."
