Homewood (Ala.) defensive end Dwayne Orso texted WKUInsider.com that he's verbally committed to Western Kentucky.

Homewood (Ala.) defensive end Dwayne Orso has ended his college recruitment.

The 6-foot-6, 255 pound defensive end texted WKUInsider.com that he's verbally committed to Western Kentucky.

Orso said he chose WKU over offers from Georgia State, Arkansas State, Middle Tennessee and UAB.

WKU now has 11 total commitments in the Class of 2014, with Orso joining Dennis Edwards, Masai Whyte, Evan Sayner, Nick True, DeAndre Farris, Ryan Duvall, Nacarius Fant, Derik Overstreet, Chaka Diarrassouba and Jason Williams.
