Calloway transfers to WKU

5-foot-11, 202-pound defensive back/linebacker started two games at Ball State in 2013.

Former Ball State safety Chris Calloway has transferred to Western Kentucky and will walkon for the program, WKUInsider has confirmed.

The 5-foot-11, 202-pound defensive back/linebacker played in four games for Ball State as a junior in 2013, contributing 17 total tackles (2 for a loss,) and 1 forced fumble.

He will sit out the 2014 season, per NCAA transfer rules, before becoming eligible to play in 2015.

Calloway's single-game high's as a junior at Ball State include a pair of 6 tackle games--At North Texas on Sept. 14, and a home contest against Army on Sept. 7.
