L.T. Smith Stadium Under Construction

Western Kentucky Hilltoppers will have a new stadium expansion to enjoy starting with the 2008 season.

This season, WKU is stepping into the world of big time college football. Very soon we will have a larger stadium to go with our new Division 1 status. The expansion is just one of many changes that come with stepping into the premiere level of NCAA competition.

Recruiting, academics, stadiums, fan interest, TV exposure, and facilities are what attracts players to a college football program. The stadium expansion is a great step in the right direction and is only the beginning of a bright future for Western Kentucky Football.

Imagine, in a few years, coming to the stadium, on a fall afternoon, and watching our team lining up against Ohio State, Alabama, or Florida State. That is what the future holds as long we keep the faith, support our team and believe!
