A GREAT DAY TO BE A HILLTOPPER!

Fans came away very impressed with the 87 to 0 Hilltopper victory. But many were just as impressed with the upgrades to Hounchens Industries L.T. Smith Stadium and the overall game day experience!(Game day photo gallery)

It was a big day on the Hill Saturday. Tailgating along with festivities all over campus made for a great experience. Over 16,000 fans filled the stadium to cheer their Hilltoppers on to victory Saturday.

Fans were excited about the move to D1 and also excited about the stadium improvements.

A huge hit with fans was the new stadium scoreboard. Fans loved the instant replay and the fan cam capabilities of the scoreboard.

The crowd was loud and excited the entire game. It will only get better and better from here forward.

If Saturday was your first WKU game experience then September 15th is going to rock your world! WKU versus EKU is the "Battle of the Bluegrass" and the atmosphere will be unbelievable on campus on all day! Below are just a few pictures from a great day for fans and WKU football.
