WKU LANDS ANOTHER COMMITMNET!

WKU has added another offensive line commitment for the 2008 recruiting class.

Ravenwood HS product Luke Stansfield, 6' 261 lbs, has given his verbal commitment to play for the Hilltoppers next season. Stansfield chose WKU over Middle Tennessee, Furman and Gardner Webb. Football season has officially been over on the Hill since November 17th. However, that does not mean that coaches have been taking easy over the past few weeks.

Coaches have been hard on the recruiting trail seeking to fill the class of 2008 with championship caliber athletes.

Every recruiting class is important but as the Hilltoppers continue transition to full division one and Sun Belt Conference membership, talent, size, speed and academically qualifying is crucial.

With the four commitments the Hilltoppers have landed so far, WKU is well on the way to a successful recruiting season.

There is still a lot of time before national signing day and many prospects uncommitted. The Hilltoppers will get their fair share and then some. Stay Tuned!
